Craig..a great 200th interview..what a lovely, informative & heart warming chat with Looch..I have used 'Your Thoughts are Mine' for some years with great response & success..many thanks Looch..long may you entertain us.
I've known Looch for a LONG time and there's stuff in this interview that is 100% new to me, which is a sign that it's a great interview! Good job guys!
The distinction — 30:10 or so — between being theatrical on stage and giving a talk or demonstration is an important one. The Theatre School tends to think that any other approach is deficient rather than simply different. However, there is some two-way cross-over between a lecture and a show… Teachers need a little theatre. And magicians would make better explanatory videos if they had some greater sense of how to teach. Quite a number of magicians are former teachers, come to think of it.
Used Looch's creations for years in my alter ego mentalism shows. Workhorse stuff. Thanks for this interview. It was a treat.
My copy of the line up is on the way to sunny New Zealand. Great interview Craig thanks so much for this a great service to the magic community.
Some really great advice regarding mindset here. Thanks very much guys
