    First-of-all: they didn't know what the requests are open*, but it's closed!
    Secondly: some people who want to request something still commenting on the same thing**.
    Thirdly: they still ignoring the replies*** of what the requests are open or not.
    Lastly (fourthly): requesting when it's closed may risk to reveal logos that hasn't done yet****.

    *Some of them really said that, really common in Peter John's YouTube channel. 100℅.
    **Actually, some of them are also not to comment on the same thing.
    ***Obviously, some of them didn't take seriously to not request something until they're open.
    ****Some of the logos are done except that requesting YouTubers, fictional logos and requesting more than 2 logos at once aren't allowed. Not requesting more than 2 logos in one request it's because then other people won't be able to finish their logos.
