When black people stand their ground or self-defense is used, they are immediately arrested, but with caucasion people, they always want to not rush to judgement and do an investigation before any arrest is done.

It’s common practice in MANY cities to arrest ANYONE, when a death is committed by someone else, ESEPCIALLY when a firearm is used and a suspect is UNARMED. An investigation is involved and all evidence is presented then a decision is made, I believe that is what happened here. What’s the purpose of the lawsuit, because Ms Hood feels the decision wasn’t timely, or the lawyers want free publicity for their firm, you choose.
