A popular San Antonio restaurant was reinspected in Sept. 2024 after inspectors found live pests inside and clean dishes sitting on the floor.

  1. I never eat out here in San Antonio, Texas in general, its to gross, the weather here is partly to blame, humidity and heat are breeding grounds for bugs….and the summers being exceptionally hot,you can bet those kitchens that probably aren't cleaned correctly are going to have bugs.

    That stupid Blanco Café has always gotten a bunch of hype, it ain’t nothing, food is subpar, never really got why It was so popular.

  3. The manager speaking should have been humbled. Instead she was trying to minimize the importance of the issues addressed. Saying "we weren't ready" tells you they don't always follow the health and sanitary guidelines. They skimp on doing the right thing as long as they get away with it. That's not good practice.
