@20:00 That cop 👮♂️ put himself & that lady 👩 in a dangerous position. He's got his back facing traffic. So he's unable to see any vehicles that are coming their direction. She's up against the trunk of her car 🚗… and he's standing 🧍♂️ right there… where they are both standing at a crushing point between his cruiser 🚔. If a vehicle losses control, or gets over too closely & runs into the back or sides of his police 🚔 car… or towards her vehicle… the 2 of them could be severally injured or killed
