Winter Storm #Kassandra is wreaking havoc across the country as heavy snow pours from the sky over the southern plains and then through the Ohio Valley, Great Lakes, and Northeast this week. An intense tornado in the #Houston metro also prompted a rare Tornado Emergency, with extensive damage being reported. More severe weather is possible in the south as this storm heads east.
