Thinking about the testimony of the secret service director the other day….this comes to mind—-
This is such a clear example of a need for more congressional unity and new emergency powers in order to ensure that punishments are summarily available for refusal to answer relevant and non classified information. A set of 3 members of congress should be required at a session where witnesses are required to testify. The 3 members should have high enough classification and punitive authority (especially where so many congressional representatives are lawyers and may have been judges) where a witness refuses to testify citing an evidence classification issue or a national security concern as well as any issues related to ongoing criminal proceedings ,civil litigation or tribunals.
When a witness refuses to testify or answer, a vote can be made by the whole to have the 3 special members pull the witness into a private hearing room to warn of imminent imprisonment until cooperation ensues. As well the members can also conver the witness to private adjoining rooms to hear if sensitive information is actually sensitive, as well any information that must be conveyed by the witness to the record in the primary hearing can immediately be heard by envoking a clause requiring the gallery and press to empty room until sensitive information is reported by the witness
This hearing is different than Cheadles. Congress is acting impartial, like they should, instead of like children bullying another child.
All these agency's want the people to respect and hold them all in high regard how are you supposed to do that when they can't even keep some half wit punk kid off a roof in broad daylight after they were told about it and had it all on video! I guess they will have to keep Dreaming.

Sounds like a huge mess that secret service. What a joke. They seriously are incompetent and don't know what they are doing because they don't care which leads one to believe they possibly even intentionally brought these circumstances up since all the evidence shows that as well.
