  2. I wanted to get on tonight to ask you a question about sweethearts night, but had to work so anyway we are going to be there both the 14 and 16 of February and was wondering if all of the rides stay open for this event or just select rides? Thanks

  3. Thank you so much David for keeping it a family program. I completely respect your decision. I wish other people did too but thank you so much for having patience and perseverance here at Fresh Baked it’s one of the reasons I watch the show and thank you for holding your boundaries with those darn bombers just ignore them. That’s the best thing we all can do is ignore them because that’s what they’re looking for is attention, I myself won’t be giving it to them.

  7. FreshBaked. David,When you announced that you would'nt be drinking beer at Epcot, Shares in brewing companies took a dive. You missed it, but someone said Bob iger had been in the park a lot this week. He's making the most of his Magic Key's ticket. Before he is blocked out over Christmas, like the rest of us. Christine McCarthy would only give him the basic Disney land Key Pass. He had to buy his own Magic Band and pay for his pass with 12 monthly payments. He might be CEO but he gets no perks. Also he is a big fan of a slice of Disneyland Pizza! Cheers, Chris Perry.

  8. I was wondering why I missed the live stream last night. Then I realized that I was at work. I can only have my Cellphone out in an emergency or during my break. Well so much for being at Work at Disneyland.

  9. Oh man, I wish I had been here last night. I JUST came back from Walt Disney World (First time ever). I have so much I wanted to say during the whole chat!

I stayed at Animal Kingdom Lodge for three nights, and I kinda wished we had stayed there the whole time! It was the best hotel we stayed at during the trip! PLUS, Jiko and Sanna were THE BEST to eat at!!!

We started at Animal Kingdom, and I feel like Animal Kingdom was a lot of fun. Lots of original rides (minus the Dino ride, which is a lame mock Indy ride.) Mount Everest was SO FUN! The Avatar ride was fun, but I feel overhyped. (I overheard a cast member saying it was the best ride of Disney parks ever. Yeah, if you don't get motion sick, probably! IT WAS beautiful, and I am thankful fans were blowing in my face. It was also the right amount of time where I could stand, but I don't think I could have done it if it were any longer.

Epcot was very fun. I was there for three days and got in on the virtual queue for Guardians at 7am every time. I loved that ride and was expecting to be sick from it because I heard reports, but thankfully, I NEVER got sick once throughout the ride! (I broke down and bought lighting lane twice….whoops! Oh well, WORTH IT IMO!!!)

Hollywood Studios was the busiest every time I went, and I bought Lightening lane the two days I was there. The first day it wasn't as busy, so I got every single ride for lightening lane, but the second day I couldn't get Slinky dog dash because it was already sold out at 7;30am!?!?!?!?!?!?! when I bought Genine+ (It was a fun ride, but I wasn't too bummed out that I didn't get to go on it again.) I LOVED going on the Tower of Terror and the Arrowsmith ride but other than that, I feel like we have everything else in CA. Toy Story Mania, the Alien ride is identical to Mater's ride. Star Tours, all of the galaxy's edge, Though I LOVED watching Muppets 3D again!! (but did that for Nostalgia) I went through the mini Walts museum, which was cool. I went on Minnie and Mickeys Runaway Railway, which was fun, but we'll be getting that soon. (What I'm trying to get at is we are not missing much.

Magic Kingdom is the place where I was really looking forward to the most seeing, and by the end, it wasn't even my favorite park. Most of the park was exactly the same and (besides Haunted) not even close to the OG ride either!

I DID enjoy riding People Mover and Carosel of progress. Goofy's Barnyard rollercoaster is basically Gadgets coaster. We have Winnie the Pooh, Little Mermaid, and Peter pan beside the queue, but to me isn't all that great. And not to mention, Small world is like 10 minutes, not the 20 min ride we all love and know! Pirates was a big fat fail, and I got off the ride disappointed. (I had no idea.) I did LOVE the addition to Haunted and wished that was here! Also, even though Thunder is a mirror, it doesn't have the TNT and them going off; my BF and I pretended the bombs were going off as we rode through it, lol. (I mean I know that was added more recently in the past 15 years, wasn't it for the 50th anniversary?) but still thought they would have added it to Magic Kingdom!

Anyway, I had a wonderful time, but I now appreciate Disneyland a lot more now that I know what we have! It has been a dream of mine all my life to go to WDW, but I don't know if I will ever have to go back again. (maybe for Epcot and Tron) but other than that, we are very blessed for Disneyland and DCA! 😀 Also, I am so thankful for everything being so close together here than over there, where everything is so spread out! I was so tired after four hours of walking around trying to get to places!
