Being Macedonian, obviously it is ok to have a Bulgarian passport. The issue raised my eyebrow only because you mentioned buying Bulgarian passport, which is serious security concern if applied to anybody from whole world. If it is strictly only for Macedonians , thats OK. But I think it is related to having ties to Bulgaria , not just having 250 Euros and being from Zimbabwe
