  2. Not been to an airshow since thevulcan was retired. Harriers hovering etc, nimrods being thrown about the sky, the occasional fly past by Concorde. Today, BBMF , thearrows the occasional DC3, SallyB other vintage warbirds , vampire, mustang etc do make air shows interesting, but not like they were 20 years or more ago

  3. Had such a nice day there, found a shady spot and didn’t move for five hours! Don’t recall the WW2 trio coming on first in a show before, I love all the planes but these guys make me so emotional ( no idea why) was sobbing five minutes into the routine! Those pilots must know they have ABSOLUTELY the best jobs in the world, their mums must be so proud! 🤗

  4. I went to airborne yesterday with my mum and dog from 12 o’clock onwards, it was amazing! the red arrows went over our heads twice, we were watching it from the hill, apart from a few trees we had a good view of airborne and the beaches and crowds on them! Can’t wait for the fireworks this evening!
