Thank you Fr Joby for telling of the important requisites to be true disciples of Lord Jesus : to 1st –> Deny ourselves, then 2nd –> Carry our Cross, and 3rd –> Follow Jesus. The 1st and 3rd do not involve our ego and is feasible but 2nd is difficult because it has much to do with our ego which is our weakness. Many do not like challenges sufferings difficulties rejections humiliations etc. as all of these involve 'carrying the cross'.
The Holy Family has all these elements and are a model example to live our lives in Total Surrender to God. Lord Jesus reminds us "Seek first the Kingdom of heaven and all the rest will fall in line…" (Mt 6:33)
Dear Lord Jesus We Ask Seek and Knock for the grace to persevere in prayer and for enlightening our hearts with your Word. We Praise & Thank You Jesus for
