Not gonna lie, I think the only thing I was really invested about in this movie was Tad's sexual awakening. Everything else was just kind of "ehh nothing new, it was sweet, it was nice and I like that but it's nothing really original." I feel like I'd enjoy these Hallmark type movies more if every movie didn't feel like a copy of each other.
I did enjoy seeing Lindsay in this though. I feel like a lot of her movies this past decade or so have been either super heavy or God awful or both (no shade to Lindsay) so it's nice to see her in something more lighthearted and wholesome. Also that Mean Girls Easter egg with Jingle Bell Rock was a fun little touch. I do hope the best for Lindsay and hope to see her in more movies.

I really liked the movie. It was cheesy, but self aware cheesy. I mean, even the title sounds like a cheesy play on words. Lindsay was absolutely charming, I really enjoyed her scenes. I could do without Tad though, what was his purpose even.
I haven't seen this movie, so I just stopped by to say "I'll be back after I've watched it and also, your hair looks PHENOMENAL"

There are a couple of other Christmas movies on Netflix you might want to check out if you haven't already: Klaus and A Boy Called Christmas. Definitely worth watching. Especially Klaus which has some honest to goodness beautiful animation (Hand drawn animation with a semi-3D polish.)
