  1. Im done with the game until they enable chopping animals for wood. My logging is at 150 and its impossible to level without being able to chop those wolves for Wyrdwood. Once thats fixed, ill come back, haha.

  2. Talking about server merge and not be able to actually do it says enough about AGS imao. I mean u knew its gonna be mandatory cause the game has population of 2k so… Why are we waiting so long to do it. Cheers

  3. I'm still really enjoying the game, I'm a governor of a company of about 20ish active players. And everyone keeps asking me when mergers and furnishings is gonna be fixed….they just need to give people a update just something!

  4. Thanks for the vid. I can deal with the bugs, I played ESO for years so bugs are not a big deal to me. Im going to have to wait for the game to get some better optimization to play it though, the game still has some quirks that cause some overheating and overvoltage issues. I keep geting my PWM protection triggered at very random times with my 1080ti, ive tried 3 sepereate power supplies (2 corsair gs750 and a gs850) and 2 vid cards (A gtx 1080ti and a gtx 1660) all hitting the protection cutoff eventualy. I have not been able to determine if its the power supply or the vid card hitting the overvoltage protection, I havent noticed any permanent damage but that kind of thing is not easy to see all the time. I did order a new 1000 watt power supply and a rtx 3070ti to try so hopefully those can handle the power without cooking, they wont show up for almost a month though. Have a good one.

  5. So, yes…the game lacks end game content, yes the servers are a bit dead at times, yes the economy is not in great shape…but the friends I've made playing this game makes it worth it. The bones of this game (unlike other MMO's) forces people to do things in groups, which for the first time in the while I feel like I'm a playing a true MMO.

  6. I appreciate your thoughts. I for one right now mainly farm my gathering/refinement skills I have still long way to go on some of those. Yes it does get boring after a while, but at least I do have something to do in game.

  7. 😂😂 All Amazon have done is shown they cant make a game correctly. Feels like New world was just thrown out there for the community to teach amazon how to make a game correctly cause lets face it they ain’t got a clue

  8. I had to step away for a bit due to the state of my server. The population is so low the crafting stations can't be maintained. I am stuck in my crafting due to not having tier 5 stations when I am able to get on. Gonna come back in a few months hoping some patches can get that sorted and we can see the server merges finalized

  9. State of the game ? .

Um furnishing is still broken. Can't trade , buy , sell , ANYTHING

End game level 200 harvesting was ruined. They made it where we can not harvest animals of high levels. They could have easily turned down the essences drop rate down.

    Taxes on towns. Broken

    Bosses broken .

    Heals broken .

Stun locks extremely broken and overpowered

    The list goes on .

    Anyone have anything not mentioned?

  10. I think people just needs to slow down there really isn't no reason to put in 10 hours or more everyday on any game. I think this game is fun but people can get burnt-out easy on any game playing that much everyday.

  11. I just introduced the game to my wife. Level 60 is not even in my agenda. The leveling is way more enjoyable than 60 probably.. People get burnt out because they slam the leveling process so hard people forget about the fun little things. Like fishing or working on trade skills etc.

  12. 473.9 hours in…The game is still fun.. im on a med pop server with a pretty even rivalry, but friendly, between Yellow vs Green. With Yellow holding Purples hand but Purple still sucks on our server LOL. PvP is my end game and we all have fun in OPR and the Wars.

  13. This has been my strategy playing the game. I hit 60 like 2 weeks ago as I am limited in my play time due to father duties. I have some goals such as daily faction quests,, WM farm for an hour, weapon mastery farming for 30 minutes followed by 30 minutes of gathering for gold. Then I'll queue for OPR during the gathering, I'll join one and get one in for the fun/gold.

My current WM GS is 535.

I have 3 more weapons to hit max masteries.

    I have 37K gold.

I have fun without it feeling grindy.

Took breaks during the trading post disabled and other game breaking moments.

  14. This game is shit. They have players trapped on dead servers that wanted to get off that just ended up quitting like myself. Server mergers needed to happen atleast a month ago or if not more rounds of transfer tokens needed to be given out. The dev's killed this game on their own by their inability to get people playing with friends on active servers. I have a hard time seeing how new world can recover after this fiasco.

  15. Hit 60 on the “wrong server” and by that I mean an EU player stuck on a US server. The game isn’t fun right now. I’m something like 5 hours ahead of everyone else and never get to play large scale pvp or sieges because of the time difference.

  16. I love New World so much. I've loved mmos ever since I started playing them. I found out about Old School Runescape in 2018 and dumped 3000-4000 hours into it over 3-4 years. My friends bought me a WOW subscription at the end of 2020 and probably put another couple hundred hours into that as well. When my friends told me about New World it sounded fun so I was excited to play and pretty much got addicted to it day 1. The first week or 2 I was putting like 14+ hour days into NW without ever tabbing out of the game. Wake up do my normal morning routine and then play NW nonstop until I was ready for bed. I was having a blast because I had never played a mmo day 1 and it was new to me. I had far surpassed my friends in game time and and eventually most of my friends just don't play because they got bored or want to play other games or personal life or whatever. Made it pretty rough when the first couple weeks all servers were completely max server pop so I had 2 of my friends on my server Kronomo US west while another group were on other servers. I did find a super fun company to play with and had pretty nice interactions with a lot of company mates. Since Kronomo is a low pop server ranging anywhere from 40 players to just under 300 and our company making up 150-200 members meant we pretty much couldn't be stopped when it came to wars. Our goal once server merges are confirmed is to make the entire map green. But as much as that sounds and is super fun I don't feel like I have anyone to play or share my progression with. Grinding out all these skills with not a ton of resources on the trading post causing me to spend way more money than I feel like I should or straight up grinding out the resources myself for low gains everyday is burning me out. I made most of my money having large control of the 500+ bag market but was ruined when they added the extra pvp missions. Did the pvp missions need some variety? of course. But having my faction tokens per hour slashed so much made it feel not worth my time anymore. I thought maybe I could just buy runes of holdings of the market but no one is putting them on the market or if they are just up charging them 1k plus gold. So now my routine is wait until the company chest route or wait for the next invasion/war or wait for a random group to pvp for a little bit. Because of this I tried out what life was like on a high pop server. Made an account on Valhalla on US East and was in shock. People left and right selling all kinds of end game items and them being instantly bought. Putting stuff up on trading post pretty much instantly sold and even buying stuff was weird cause I would click on the cheapest item to buy and it would all ready be gone. People everywhere in all the beginner towns brought me back to launch and it was so cool. It was really fun and I still plan to play on there a bit but I have to start all over again. 8 hours in and already almost level 20 with a decent coin stack already feels awesome but the thought of going all the way to 60 again and getting 200 skills is daunting. Now with so many bugs and down time and the trading post being off for days at a time I don't know what to do. I've spent so much time in NW the past 2 months I barely play anything else anymore. I keep trying to find new stuff on youtube and new movie choices but it only last for so long before am bored of that as well. I do really love NW and because of that I'm willing to forgive AGS on a lot of the early hiccups but idk I just simply don't know what to do. I didn't exactly mean to type so much out but hearing you give your advice to everyone who also is kind of having the same problems was nice to hear. Thanks for the update man.

  17. I hit 60 last week and even on a high pop server, it's become stale. I have more fun leveling in most games anyway, but if you're not a PvPer, this game is blah at 60. I wish they would give more character slots, as I would level up 3-4 different builds.

  18. I play solo, I dont belong to a company and my faction owns 0 territories. Ive been working on leveling up all my weapons to 20, just have life staff, ice gauntlet and fire staff left to go. Hopefully I'll get life staff done this week. I maxed smithing and I've been using the profit from making asmodeum to level my other refinement skills to 200 so now I can make a decent chunk of gold a day without much effort. All my gathering skills are 200 except fishing already, and my cooking/arcana are both maxed as well. I think I will go for engineering next since I dont have orichalcum tools yet and there are only shitty ones on the market. Then I will do armoring so I can make voidbent. So much do! I have my next 2 months planned right there!

  19. So… what in this world could give me hope that the next patchj or the patch after will be better than the patches before? first update they added a lot of bugs, thats normal btw but in this case waaay to many bugs, seconds update they added a lot of new bugs and exploits, third huge 1.1 update broke the game, kinda… dont get me wrong, i f***ing love this game, im trying my best atleast, but i cant see them EVER making something right with this game, nothing worked so far :/ my prediction for server merges: the games gonna be laggy af AGAIN cause there will be a lot more people on the server AGAIN like when the game came out, same for this: Why would it change? Why wouldnt it lag and make the game unplayable again?

  20. I don't think they will merge. The latest statement from them on the forum seems like maybe within the next month they will give more tokens out to active players and that's it.

  21. The only reason it feels dead is because youtubers don't have any thing new to streams and people trying to rush what ever streamers are down if people stay away from streams and enjoying the game there still so much to do in the game

  22. I've been doing chest runs, farming ori veins. GS slowly going up and no void ore. Spending all this time on this game and getting very little reward. I'm burnt out and I'll buy forza 5 today.

  23. New World is my on the side MMO and I've had a lot of fun playing it so far. I'm not giving AGS a pass for all of the bugs and exploits the game came with (or happened because of haphazard updates) but I hope they'll manage to get things on an even keel – sooner or later. In the meantime, I'll continue playing, taking my good sweet time, etc.

Thanks for the great videos and the positive attitude. It's really appreciated!

  24. Nah I don't need to be in the prime position for anything. That requires me to have faith and trust in the development team that they won't make my time invested grinding rendered useless by bugs and exploits. I've moved on for now. Maybe a year from now after catch-up mechanics get implemented.

  25. I don’t expect games to run perfectly anymore right out of the gates. I have played enough Ark and WoW to know that’s how it goes these days. Just be patient New World has immense potential, even with all the bugs and exploits I have thoroughly enjoyed it.

  26. Game is dead and won't recover from all the issues sadly. All of my friends have quit playing and have lost faith in AGS sadly, including myself. Really enjoyed your channel though and thanks for the content.

  27. well… you're optimistic. i already have felt that feeling and smelled that smelly smell… the last time was Anthem. as long as the cash shop is not going full "pay to skip bad content" and the suits do not pull the plug i'll try to play 🙂 thanks mate !

  28. I have quests to do. I just can't do it, because people don't go to the areas or the mobs are so overtuned. Like with the quest "Secrets best left unsharded". What incompetent moron that designed the quest, shouldn't be working in the industry. 2 mobs, with shield, so you can't shot them. Then have insane high dps and hp, and take barely any damage. Then add in they are immun to CC. I could also craft. But after the nerf, it's not worth it. If they don't get their heads out of their asses, then the game deservers to die
