  1. Hi Katie, I had super bad skin until I cut out all dairy, even around my period no break outs purely from doing this. I know you like cheese and chocolate but maybe trial and error 1 week to see if zero dairy helps ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. I think you're beautiful (truly! Have always thought that) inside and out, girl.
    We all struggle with insecurities.
I still get hormonal breakouts at 38 years old. It sucks, but then it goes away.

  3. Hi Katie, I started watching you when you were with your ex. I did watch your acutane videos too because I wanted it but Dr wouldn't prescribe it, turns out he was right and I have rosacea, not acne, but I didn't understand that at the time, I just though spots & redness = acne so acutane would work etc. I'm yet to find anything that does help, but that's another story! I love watching your destash vids from when you were packing and I thought you were really strong for seperating despite the planned wedding etc, I wish I had done it instead of staying in a loveless marriage for a decade. Sorry to go on! Love your vids and I think you're absolutely stunning with and without makeup x

  4. Hi, I started following you back when you were part of Gleam and would appear in the videos of the Brit Crew. I just remember thinking you are so kind, cool and beautiful – i still think that! I hope you feel better about yourself and look back at these videos with a feeling of pride how far you've come! xx

  5. I totally started following you from the Accutane journey as I too took that journey & I found it so helpful! Those La Roche Posay products are great! TBH I still suffer from acne just not nearly as bad as it used to be…

  6. I started following you because of your Roaccutane Journey and was always looking forward to Updates since I found it so interesting!! Then I just stuck around โ€” because Iโ€˜m also a tiny human (150cm on good days ๐Ÿ˜‚), but also since I really got to enjoy your content.

Not sure if of interest, but anyway: I have quite normal skin, prone to breakouts and dryness (while being oily ๐Ÿฅฒ) and the only thing that really helped me was a good skincare routine. About a year ago I stumbled upon Olena Beley and her Three Step Moisture Method and my Skin had a literal glowup. Only had to buy some Hyaluronic acid (Iโ€™m using the one from The Ordinary) and had to start wetting my face before applying that + moisturizer afterward (without letting the face dry!). The insight of the moisturizer being there to keep the moisture (aka hydrating product/water) in your skin and stopping it from evaporating was honestly game changing ๐Ÿ˜‚ I used to only moisturize and kept wondering why my skin was still dry and flaky afterwards. Lesson learned I guess ๐Ÿ™ˆ

  7. Oh, Katieโ€ฆI completely resonate with you about not feeling โ€˜naturally prettyโ€™. I started wearing make-up at 15 to cover acne, and have become very โ€˜expertโ€™ at it over the years. I almost feel like I have two different face-identities. One with make-up and one without. I often donโ€™t recognise my natural face, because Iโ€™m so used to only seeing my face with make-up. Iโ€™m very grateful to have perfectly clear skin now, but I still go through the motions of covering my face every day. My acne was hormonal, so no topical cream helped it. I need you to know that you are naturally gorgeous. If I saw you on the street I would do a double-take. I wish we could see ourselves the way others see us xx

  8. Katie!! To answer your question, I found you due to the Accutane videos, but I subscribed because of YOU! I quite simply adore you and instantly felt like Iโ€™d found a long lost friend. Been invested ever since! ๐Ÿค I hope you come to the USA one day, as Iโ€™d love to meet you!

  9. I started following you from your accutane blogs – there's one scene in particular where you were crying (it was heartbreaking to watch) that resonated with me more than anything really ever had. To know that I wasn't alone in it and that someone as beautiful and kind and lovely as you had acne but was still rocking life, meant a lot to me. You're actually the person who inspired me to start my own acne blog… I don't want to link drop but I'd love it if you could give it a read Kate! So much love and I totally relate to how much of an impact your skin can have on your mental health but you're so beautiful regardless, honestly ๐Ÿ’œ

  10. I started following you from the early early days– when you only had a blog! I, too, have gone through my own acne journey and it can be so disheartening and make you feel just absolutely horrible. Especially with too much makeup or not enough, etc. But seriously, your face, figure, style, smile, eyes, hair, everything are so beautiful. YOU are beautiful, naturally.

Plus, as an American, I find your accent absolutely beautiful and so charming. Also I love the way you say Tuesday. "Chewsday" lol so cute. And I'm obsessed with that black dress with the ruching on the side! It looks so good!

  11. Katie ๐Ÿฅฐ I have been here since 2016, I think I found you through Louise but I canโ€™t remember , your weekly vlogs and dates with Kate videos got me through a really really awful breakup and low time mentally, you are such a beautiful person inside and out & it makes my heart so full hearing you say how safe you feel in your relationship because you deserve it โค

  12. I started following you when you helped Louise film her videos, on her recommendation. I instantly loved all your content. I really enjoy your vlogs, loved the old make up videos, loved the toastie comp! Haha

  13. I found you from the initial decluttering series, and stuck around for your beauty tips and 'cause I like your chat ๐Ÿ˜ƒ I just like your thought process. I totally relate about the skin issues wrt confidence as I have super sensitive skin, it goes to rosacea with most things! … And Maurice; let's not undervalue the contribution of Mr Maurice ๐Ÿ˜ป

  14. Hello Katie! I've had hormonal acne and sensitive skin since I was a 12 and I'm 27. I definitely relate in not feeling pretty natural faced. I have redness and scarring and I have tried everything.. I always try to remind myself that no one is perfect but it is hard on bad days. ๐Ÿ’›
