  1. Picked up the game sunday morning was like ill blast through the opening so i can get to the ground and work to get the camera so i can get the compendium started but spent hours in the sky island and getting korok seeds lol. Found at least 16 before heading to hyrule.

  2. you say you can't wear that the entire game, but I've seen someone go into the final boss with similar gear to you. so if you're gamer enough…

  3. I suggest that you follow the main quest pointers for a little while longer… you don't have to necessarily actually DO the first big main quest, but just like in the last game they pepper more tutorials and new gameplay mechanics along that first "strongly suggested" pathway. It'll save you some backtracking later.

After that, though, do whatever you like! I personally really wanted to go check on all my people, so I followed the main quest(s) for just long enough to get those mechanics, stopped just short of crossing over into Rito Village, and then rushed the east-side towers and the main Hylian settlements (Kak, Hateno, Tarrey). But you do whatever feels right! That's kind of the point of the game lol.

  4. QotD: yea

I regret what I said about like like in the last part, like like is not this game's mommy. Close though, close.

not-QotD-but-a-question-today: I want y'all to.. do whatever you goddamn please with the game. Ik this one is special and I don't want to see Ian stressing about this game in the same way y'all do with figuring out pacing for pokemon episodes. Just.. enjoy it. I'll be happy with whatever gets put out, as always.

1:08:16 personally I'm holding out for PLC. If it's any consolation, the subtitles thought Ian said "pouring"

hella excited for the next ep in.. like 6 hours. man I really need to take care of my sleeping schedule, been up since midnight.

  5. as neat as it would have been having zelda directly accessible throughout the game, i absolutely LOVE the angle they went with making zelda a kind of fuckin cryptid, going missing yet still having mysterious sightings all over hyrule and doing weird shit

the comparison that comes to mind, and you're not gonna like this, is act 6 zappy power john egbert

  6. To get to that shrine in the beginning of the episode you were supposed to use recall on the big spinning wheel in the first room but it was cool to see you find it in a diffeent way

  7. As good as Ian is at gaming, Casey is easily just as good as a voice actor; you've got some range! If I had a budget, there'd be a multitude of projects I could use your voice talents on xD

  8. I'd like to see you do more exploring of central Hyrule before you start legging it up to Hebra. There's a lot of stuff just in the vicinity around Lookout Landing that you blew right past.

  9. I've still been going back and forth on whether I want to get the game for myself, but I did decide to watch your playthrough so far and I've had so much fun! This looks like a neat game and it's especially great with both your reactions and theories added on. I will say the thing that has my interest the most is the story stuff but I'd absolutely watch you going around doing whatever too.
