Empire Earth: The Art Of Conquest is an expansion pack for the 2001 real-time strategy game Empire Earth. It was developed by Mad Doc Software, and published on September 17, 2002 by Sierra On-Line for Windows.
The expansion packs adds two new civilisations – Korea and Japan – as well as special powers for civilisations and hero units. It also features three new campaigns: one focussing on ancient Rome, one set in the Pacific theatre of World War II, and telling the story of the Kwan Do family, a Chinese dynasty involved in the future colonisation of Mars.
Empire Earth: The Art Of Conquest received mixed reviews, with critics noting that the expansion pack offers few new features, and does not feel fresh. The new space maps were criticised for being essentially reskinned water maps. However, the soundtrack received praise.

Earthquake is great at taking out buildings.
One good thing about the expansion at least is that battles are generally larger than in vanilla. Feels less like skirmishes. Of course it can be tricky to control too many units at once.
Based on what I've read the Romans mostly didn't bother using elephants against each other. Partially because they were EXTREMELY expensive to buy and maintain but also because they got quite good at countering them.
