  1. Ian you were dual handing the sword that's why you couldn't use the shield 🛡️ even with a massive sword 🗡️ you have to get closer to the enemies to reach there hit box. I noticed you were standing just slightly far away while swinging you'll get used to the distance each weapon needs to be effective. I suggest maybe getting some magic it can really help with some enemies and bosses.

  2. Ian if you want quick attacks choose dexterity if you want slow but damaging attacks pick strength. It's just dependent on one's preferred play style. You switched from a massive sword 🗡️ to a scmitar just unsure if you were unsure about the mechanics. Don't worry though one needs a degree to understand it all. Also why did they make it so you have to farm to summon a friend ?

  3. This was great as always EG!
But as someone who is single and lived alone through 2 years of covid, and at one point had 12 weeks in which the nurse at my blood donation was literally the only physical contact I had with another human, I had a lot of sympathy for the 'Touch starved NPCs' there

  4. On a co-op game soulslike, I seem to recall that "Outward" was an indie game that was similarly punishing and allowed for full co-op campaign although I think only the host can gain quest rewards. It's been a while since I played it and I didn't have anyone to play it with, but I remember enjoying it. If you're looking for a co-op punishing fantasy game, have a look at it.
