  3. I'm assuming 2×2 bricks are molded four at a time because the mark can be on any of the studs. I'm one of those people who likes to have the logo the same direction where possible so that's how I noticed.
    I remember seeing those McFarland Five Nights at Freddy's 8-bit sets and how, if you aren't playing attention they can end up with marks all over the front. MEGA still has it on the side as well on some parts like the 1×1 plate. The mark can add some nice texture though, like short shot pieces.

  4. I always try to hide the injection mold marks whenever I can. If they can't be hidden, I try and orent them either in the downmost position of the model, or the rearmost. The ingot pieces are especially annoying since they are often used as greebling and one side of the texture always has that annoying mark!
