Lego City Update | Baseplates, Train Tracks, & Roads | Brickland 1 | re:Bricks 2

Episode #1 of Brickland, wherein I lay out the basics of my planned LEGO city! I put down over 50 baseplates, a two-circuit train route, and the beginnings of the road. Watch until the end to see the train go!

0:00 Intro
0:51 Baseplates
2:50 Train Tracks
4:22 Roads
5:00 Reveal
8:17 Outro

The music in the video is by @half.cool and I found myself frequently just listening to it instead of editing.

  1. It makes me cringe to see you place the legs of the elevated platform right on top of the baseplates, especially those beautiful vintage blue raised canyon baseplates! For sure they will be damaged the weight of the platform and the Lego you will build on top of them. Would it not be better to place the platform legs directly on the table top and eventually fill in the space with Lego around the legs??
