Leading the Flock to Safety: Types and Shadows of a Pre-Trib Rapture

There is a Greek word in the New Testament of The Bible “typos” which means “example” or “pattern”. According to Bibleask.org, this word “describes a model or pattern in the Old Testament that is fulfilled in the life and ministry of Jesus Christ”. Today we learn about a time in the life of Moses which I believe points to a pre-tribulation rapture of the church. Join me today as we discover all of the types involved in this historical event, and where the “church” was taken.

That which has been is what will be, That which is done is what will be done, And there is nothing new under the sun. Ecclesiastes 1:9

“This Moses whom they rejected, saying, ‘Who made you a ruler and a judge?’ is the one God sent to be a ruler and a deliverer by the hand of the Angel who appeared to him in the bush. He brought them out, after he had shown wonders and signs in the land of Egypt, and in the Red Sea, and in the wilderness forty years. Acts 7:35-36

Now the priest of Midian had seven daughters. And they came and drew water, and they filled the troughs to water their father’s flock. Exodus 2:16

When they came to Reuel their father, he said, “How is it that you have come so soon today?” Exodus 2:18

Then Moses was content to live with the man, and he gave Zipporah his daughter to Moses. Exodus 2:21

Now Moses was tending the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian. And he led the flock to the back of the desert, and came to Horeb, the mountain of God. Exodus 3:1

Behold, I will stand before you there on the rock in Horeb; and you shall strike the rock, and water will come out of it, that the people may drink.” Exodus 17:6

for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.” Revelation 7:17

And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb. Revelation 22:1

  4. Jesus is coming soon. This is the only thing that’s keeping my life together. My only hope is that he comes sooner than later. He is my salvation Jesus keeps me going. I will never stop trusting in him, Like so many others, I lost my job as a social worker at Forsyth because I declined the vaccine. I declined because of my pre existing health condition (Lupus) and Heart disease. I was denied my medical/religious exemption from Forsyth Hospital. I’m waitressing but not making nearly enough to make ends meet. Even though I’m struggling putting groceries in my refrigerator, and paying bills. I will trust in Jesus. My husband died years ago. I’m a single mother with two children both of my sons are autistic, So it can be overwhelming. Every month is a struggle, to not end up on the streets. But I will continue to call upon Jesus. I have faith God will provide. He HAS THIS FAR. I’m thankful I HAVE GOD, and Jesus. With God and through Christ, all things are possible.

  5. Matthew 24:24 KJV For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, 👉 if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. 👈
    ^^^ This basically says… If the Body of Christ Church was on Earth during the Tribulation, even we would be deceived! But it's not possible, because we are dwelling in the Father’s House in Heaven!!!!

  6. Hi Carol, yes, the rapture is Imminent. It can happen anytime. Paul thought it would happen in his day, but our Father is long suffering that none may parish, that the rapture still has not happened as of yet. The Lord will not tarry.   8. Thank you Carol for another enjoyable and thoughtful teaching.
    I know the bible says the rapture can happen at any time, but with the first four feast happening in exact order, I'm thinking the next handful of days will be interesting. EVERYTHING screams "The End Times". Leaves me speechless going from our lives as kids to our lives now, simply amazing. Keep up the great work, Patrick

  9. *The only worth that I have is the fact that I am a born-again believer in Jesus Christ, and I have the Holy Spirit living in me. If I didn’t have that I would be an absolute worthless wretch. But by the Grace of God the cross has made me flawless. You have a free choice to make, either Jesus Christ or your worthless state that you are in. The choice you make have consequences, remember that. Heaven & Hell are real. Choose wisely. The only requirement for salvation is faith in Jesus Christ. There is nothing you can do to earn salvation threw works. Faith and Faith alone. Everything in your life from beginning to end is Meaningless, meaningless, Meaningless without Jesus. Ecclesiastes 1:2 Ask Jesus for help right now my friend.
