What an insult to the bench/ to the Justice System/ to the American Flag and the Founding Fathers.
I don't care if he's Republican Democrat black or white he broke the law he should have excused himself and not even voted on that vote. They should come up with a new rule if a Justice or a president gets impeached they should let the Senate vote on it like they do. but if the Senate then they should make them run for office even though they was originally appointed they need to be a yes or no vote on an election and they need to get more yeses to stay in or they lose their job if you can't trust the Senate to get rid of the bad people like they had a chance to twice on Trump and leave it to the people they are the ones that the government works for not the Senate.
If the Senate is too political to get rid of their own guy rather it be president or supreme Court Justice then they should be put on a ballot as an up or down stay in and do it within 90 days.
