  1. I was unsure about them changing Sam's character by making him deaf. So I waited to see if they would utilise this interesting change… Then they did nothing with it bar that moment he's facing away from Ellie at the end, what a waste! I've loved every episode, but this one is the only one to make me a little disappointed, would have been cool to have had a clicker that's blind and a Sam that's deaf face off in a tense scene. Shame :/

  2. I am grateful that Ellie comforted Sam and made him feel like he was getting medicine and he wouldn't turn. It probably made him not be as scared that night and of course she stayed up with him. She did him a solid on that. As a father of a 5 year old that scene is heart breaking.

  3. In the games you kill tons of runners, stalkers and clickers, and some bloaters. In the show that’s way less. That makes the infected so much more terrifying. In the game they feel like common enemies, just like the walkers in the Walking Dead. In this show they actually feel like such a huge threat that literally everyone is scared of, even the most experienced fighters. This show is so unique in every possible way

  4. Kathleen was a stupidly blind vindictive woman. That's was her worst mistake. The way she belittled Perry after what they saw crawling under the floor telling him Henry was the very first priority explained everything about her behavior and was her prophetic demise. So many hatred towards Henry and the kids and being savagely mauled and killed by that infected child was incredibly ironic. The saddest part of the whole series (worse than Frank and Bill story) was Henry killing his beloved little brother and commiting suicide. That was heartbreaking.

  5. I am hearing and my grandparents are deaf. I grew up in a bilingual household with ASL and English. It always blew my mind when hearing people would realize they were talking with a D/HH person and would suddenly become awkward and quickly give up trying to communicate with them. I try to encourage those people, “Just try! You don’t have to know ASL! You can mime! You can write! Forget about embarrassing yourself! What matters is you treat them like a person!” So, I very much loved the inclusion of Ellie having this friendship with Sam as a Deaf person. Because Ellie truly loved learning to communicate with Sam and getting to know him. It showed their bond and understanding of each other. ❤

  6. Hey, I think you have a great channel here, but I recommend cutting out the Your Mom jokes. It's never funny putting other people down, that's just what we were taught, by people with less information. If you find it funny, think about why? Ask yourself, do I want to offend people? I would hope not. You seem to get the power of love and fear. Join me on Team Good and let's spread Love, kindness and compassion every chance we get and do away with our bad behaviors, that hurt others and ourselves.
