I haven’t been to Las Vegas for a vacation in 5 years. Seeing this? Proves to me why. LV used to be fun and affordable, it has now turned into a rich, singles playground. LV has gotten too big and has an enormous coldness to it.
Would love to see a recap on hotels that have been sold, it that seem to be no longer maintained. Places like the Rio seem to be on a maintenance hold, to save every dime, while the guest experience suffers (but the owner figures — who cares, we’re killing the brand for something new — I suspect).
Great update- thank you!
No matter how bad people talk about the strip they cant stop coming 😉
Oh no… not another ocean prime…I hate that place. Steakhouses suck…make something interesting
Agree with many others. This was a great video. Format is good, production value was good, but most importantly it was jam packed with information. Nice work Jacob. p.s. my first comment on your videos ;-]
I heard that there will be a new hotel really close to the Raiders stadium but it won't have a casino because travelers don't want a casino, but if you went with a mega resort and casino dedicated to the Raiders just think how many Raiders fans will flock to the hotel millions appon millions of Raiders fans = billions if not 100's of billions of money! You would be crazy not to do it!
I plan on emailing Hard Rock to keep the Mirage Volcano ( gotta try )
Breakfast at PBR was one of the best values on the Strip, such a shame…
Very helpful info for my upcoming trip.
Much appreciated!
“One in Seattle….gross.” 😂🤣😅 you’re not wrong 😆
Why is there no Raw Food Restaurant on the Las Vegas strip? We would love to open one!
Never been to pbr Rock bar ….
Wow, what a great video
Tried living in Vegas in 1989 near the strip. Got arrested and walked out of the Old Aladdin after a man kept snapping his fingers and calling me boy. I was a waiter.
What a mess I was in my early 20's. But life is rough
Love these updates Jacob, super useful yet concise.
Why is Seattle gross?
They are going to have no water and no electricity but they are going to build more.
I will NEVER use an autonomous cab not just because of the no driver, but I refuse to let a company make money without paying an employee and I'm not some pro union guy all about the employee against the owner. Besides, you could ask the driver questions which you can't with none.
Vegas sucks now. No reason to go there at all. So many gambling options all over the US and online. Vegas wants you to now pay a premium for what you can do cheaper closer to home or AT home. Corporations ruined the city now the shady Asians and blacks have moved in. Have fun
Yeah, I wonder how a place like Vegas fits in with the great reset apocalyptic global elitist gangs plans.
The economic downturn will be in full effect by this time next year. Plan your Vegas trip next year to enjoy some better deals! Under no circumstances should anyone consider buying property in vegas until 2024…. by then the scope of the water problems will be better understood and properties will down at least another 25%. Patience will pay in Vegas!
