Raider Nation STAY POSITIVE! regardless if this regime get us there or not STAY POSITIVE! Why do I say this? I’m a Cincinnati native born and raised and I’ve seen horrific teams from the Bengals for decades..which is why I never became a fan, but I digress. I’ve been subscribed to this channel for a few months I guess, and I knew from the first video you weren’t really a Raiders fan, meaning I knew you weren’t like a die hard, 20+ year fan. But you’re absolutely right about staying and being positive.

McDaniel disrespects Carr by signaling to Carr to use head during a GAME SO THE WORLD TO SEE…mark Davis is not involved but needs MONEY and will get rid of all good players ($$$$$), so McDaniels is Marks bitch to tank …. All about $$$….. when you can’t find an answer to something it usually points to MONEY …. It was built in a day under the late Great Al Davis. He was a true Genius And RAIDER. YOU Mark are a DUD. A disgrace.
Carr hasn't played up to his normal standard. He has been able to win with other coaches, I think that he has no hope. I don't care for McDaniels. He doesn't put Carr in good positions. The play calling is crap, Carr's accuracy is crap, the defense gives up scores immediately after the offense scores, that's incredibly deflating.
Carr has a bad habit of allowing the lack of motivation, downtrodden vibe of the team to effect his play… he had played well for other play callers, but not McDaniels which makes me feel like McDaniels is SABOTAGING this Raiders team and especially Carr, to make him the obvious scapegoat. I think it would be a mistake to keep McDaniels, and if you do, then you can't keep Carr.
If I were Davis, I would let McDaniels go at the end of the season. I would also have Carr Restructure his deal. This is just not a good situation. But a guy that never coached proved that a leader of men was able to get his team to beat an uninspiring "genius" so get a coach that is a leader of men as a HC since the team played well for them in the past. Get a up-and-coming college OC and DC and then trade Waller, force Jones to retire and re-sign Moreau.
Sign a stud vet OG that is a leader, a couple older LB & DT that can teach young guys how to play, and a speed WR to stretch the field.
Draft Jawan Carter, and an LB, CB, DE, speed WR, DT, TE, RB, OT, etc.
All Raider fans need to boycot all raider games at home and away stay home don't go to a game til McDaniels is fired

I feel as though DC isn’t comfortable within the offense just because he doesn’t have freedom and full control on the line of scrimmage. I think since he had Greg Olson last year he felt more familiar and comfortable. Oly probably trusted him to make adjustments lol
Josh ain’t going anywhere because they don’t have the cash to make that move. He’s going to be around the next two years at least.. Mark Davis just doesn’t know how to run a team. DC has to go. 3-13 against the chiefs in nine years, most turnovers from a QB since his rookie year, two playoff appearances in the last nine seasons which were losses and he hasn’t been the same since that year.. it’s just time to move on. He’s another Alex Smith, but Smith had legendary coaching from reid and couldn’t win the big games. Sometimes it’s not the system or scheme, it’s the QB
We are not cursed because that doesn’t exist yes I know the nfl is rigged in many ways against the Raiders. But with all the controversies last season WE MAD IT TO THE PLAY OFFS.
This year it’s all on McDaniels and some in DC because we have no excuses to be this bad we have a caliber offensive weapons yet the defence always sucked and the offensive linemen are basically useless so we to accept the fact that we suck this year but McDaniels was not the solution and Mark Davis is spitting on our FACES FOR KEEPING THIS HEAD COACH !!!

I actually felt better that Carr got emotional. At least he cares. I hope the coaching staff cares as much as Carr. I think McDaniels is tanking on purpose.

1) Being a Padre fan is NOT the same as being a Raider fan. There's no "tuck rule" in baseball.
2) Everyone talks about Carr's record as a QB as a reason to move on. What about MCD's record as a head coach?
3) Carr has been severely underperforming this season no doubt. But look at his numbers throughout his career. Why is he so far behind in his career stats?
4) If anyone thought this oline was going to be hood at all when we started, I have a bridge to sell you. Let alone this is what? The 11th different front they've tried in 9 games!?!?! Where's Simpson? Lester Cotton? No way they're worse than Alex frigging Bars. And please, please move Parham back to RG. He was killing it there.
5) Renfro has been completely destroyed. He had 1000 yards last year when there was no other receiver on the field. He was money in the end zone. Who cares HOW he got to the end of his route? He got there, and when he did, there was no one around him. This whole "run the route that's written" has basically neutered him, and will end his career.
6) Time to move on from Waller. He got paid, and his mind is obviously somewhere else. I heard the Packers offered a 2nd at the trade deadline. Why would you bot take that for a 30 year old with 2 bad hammies and his head elsewhere?
7) Draft a QB if you like, but none of these guys are pro ready, with the exception of Levis and Hooker, and Hooker is 26. You're still looking at grooming both of those guys to the NFL level.
8) In summary, nothing will change after McDaniels gets HIS roster. He's a narcissistic egomaniac with no clue what it takes to lead a locker room. To be a HEAD coach. Ask around. Former players will tell you what most of us have seen and already know; He's not the guy for the job.
The blame game, the winner is the owner Mark Davis is in destructive mood he will destroy this franchise there will be no Superbowl for us as long as he owns this team.

This idea of "give Carr a defense", after 9 years it's the same excuse. Carr just needs___ fill in the blank. How many times have we heard this narrative? The other issue is Carr's salary. He demands a high premium for 1 playoff appearance win in 9 years. By the way your show is fine solo, but always great with Moe
