I think something missing from the practice attendence conversation is facility parking and occupancy capabilities. As a fan with 4 PSL's, I am only offered 2 tickets and allowed to attend 1 practice. As far as I know all Raiders practices are resticted as far as number limits and invitees. I know a VIP season ticket holder who was denied practice tickets in Costa Mesa because all the days were at capacity after 9 hours of the invites going out. As big as the Nation is, I can not imagine the numbers of attendees if the practices were open to all.
