  1. I think its about time they discuss the odor and buskers near pedestrian bridges seriously. Before walking across you get a rancid scent of weed and sewage and during the walk you pass by what youd expect. They either need patrol watch or set a bill.

  2. Buskers need to get a real job and also what are those girls doing half naked just showing our younger girls it’s okay to be naked on the streets and make an income.

This would elevate our city which is always needed.

  3. I support the ban. If busking needs to be included it should be done like Fremont street. Create specific spots that are permit only. Then use that revenue to increase public safety in those areas. Also, can the nude flyers be addressed?

  4. As a Vegas resident, I see the concern. However, it is a slippery slope, and enforcing such a "ban" could give law enforcement, a little to much discretion, as to how they approach this.(looking for trouble and confrontation) where it really doesn't exist. Discreet, respectable, busking certainly ok! Sleeping, Impeding, harassing, lewd behavior, overly obnoxious, unclean, all problematic and Imo should be reasonably removed or cited in accordance. But again Imo, A "one size fits all" law could be "problematic as well.
    Happy medium is prolly best.
    Never forget the moniker,
"Las Vegas the city of music makers" it was put into place years ago because it means just that!

  5. Do what Fremont has done. Add the circles for the performers to use. Fremont’s Is a great system. The ‘performers’ are getting out of hand. The guys in front of Harrahs are getting boarder line aggressive with their hounding for money. Then kick the homeless and addicts completely off the strip.

  6. There are obstructions on sidewalks all the time. People stopping to take photos. People walking 5 or more wide. People sleeping on sidewalks. People relieving themselves on sidewalks.

  8. Why don’t the police take a pay cut and use that money to help the homeless? Also the casinos can help out because they’re making record profit in the millions of dollars.
