LANDLORD Won't MOW Tenants Grass So We Came to the RESCUE!

While looking for someone to bless with a free yard mow and clean up, we ran across a house that definitely needed some yard work done. We knocked on the door and met an awesome lady named Tish who told us her landlord was in charge of mowing their lawn and the lawn next door but he hadn’t come to mow in months.

We also noticed what looked like a water leak from the city water lines that was saturating her yard and making water run down the curb. This proved to be a challenge for us as we got stuck in the mud because of this leak. So we made sure to call the city and report it to them. We knew we had found the person we were supposed to help so we told her we’d get her yard all mowed and cleaned up for free. She was thrilled and we got to work! We’re glad we could help Tish out with her lawn!

  1. Great job. That water instantly went to a drain somewhere when you cleaned the curb. I think cleaning the curbs was the most impactful here, well, and calling the water department.

Christmas because I love giving gifts!!

  2. Beautiful transformation, guys!! Ya'll always do a great job!! 👏👏👏 For me… Christmas is my favorite holiday. I have grandchildren, and watching them at Christmas is magical!! The excitement and joy of Christmas, when looking through a child's eyes, is the most magical experience of all!!

  3. Easter is my favorite. Just because that is the rising of Christ. Great job. That lady can't say she mowed the yard because the landlord then will expect her to do the mowing. She can tell him that somebody came by and mowed it for free.

  5. Andrew and Austin make Tish's "little corner of the world" GREEN & CLEAN and it's all done FREE. Can't beat that generosity and these two are SO darn pleasant and professional. Back to work Andrew after your relaxing 🐠 day! 😊 Thanksgiving is all about family togetherness and being blessed with good health and life. Christmas is: JOY…J=Jesus, O=Others and Y= Yourself. Celebrate both. As always another OVER THE TOP job Andrew and Austin. ❤😊

I think my favorite holiday would be a tie between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Thanksgiving family and friends come together to give thanks and Christmas well we get to celebrate Jesus 🙏💜

  8. I’m sure that when they rented the house they were told that a gardener was included. Landlord didn’t want to pay gardeners and keep the extra money.
You guys, as always did an excellent job and Saved The Day.

  9. Well is it really the landlords responsibility? I honestly know of very little landlords that take on that responsibility unless it’s a complex/duplex it’s generally the tenants in a home rental so don’t take people at their word. And just FYI if a landlord owns several houses they will register some for section 8 for tax breaks, however that doesn’t mean the lease doesn’t make the renter responsible for normal maintenance. Personally I take pride in having a nice yard, home, and safe place so regardless I would take care of it. But then common sense and work ethic is a rare nowadays.
I enjoy all holidays, I decorate for everything 😆, would even have themed Sunday dinners once a month when my children and grandchildren were still around. Sure miss that!
