  1. Igbos cultural organisation always showcases yam festival while the Yorubas always celebrate their culture and what resonate with the larger audience. Do you blame Lagos state for showcasing Yoruba culture to the world? Igbos can showcase their Yam festival too, entirely up to them.

  3. All this noise about Lagos is nothing but ludicrous. For so long in Nigeria, few locations including Lagos have been politically buttressed as the economic nerve center of Nigeria. That still points to the botched economic system of Nigeria, in which the polity and economy is centralized. The government tactically refuses to develop other regions in the country except Lagos and you stupidly believe the hoax narrative about Lagos. Why can't the government develop the South-East and South-South? Why hasn't the government invested in a major capital project there like seaport? Why must headquarters of banks and oil companies be in Lagos? When we mean well and equity for our country, the government knows what is fair and just to do. Let them develop all states so that people don't need to go to Lagos to get a job or do their business. They can do whatever business they want to do anywhere in the country and be sure of an enabling environment. You can't centralize the economy to Lagos and Abujah and foolishly make noise on live TV beating your chest.
