Labor’s Defence promises are 'not going to eventuate’

Sky News host Liz Storer says the Albanese government is gambling on a new generation of “drone ships”.

Ms Storer said this is to “support” a new class of 11 frigates for the Australian Navy.

The new surface fleet strategy will cost $11.1 billion over a decade.

“Whenever the Labor government talks about anything to do with Defence Force capabilities, I just switch off.

“I know that whatever they’re promising, is not going to eventuate.”

  1. What a load of old tosh. Albo cannot deliver on any of the Defence promises. Look at their Collins Class Subs that are mothballed because they haven't hired enough Marriners with the request skills and experience.

    Stop Press
I believe Albo's asked the TAFE Colleges to DEVELOP DRONE TRAINING COURSES!!

Yes folks, if its come from Albo and Labor then it's all just hot air and wishful thinking!
