Those Tusk "temp" caps are total s**t…. Caused nothing but overheat and boiling over issues with my Husky TE and my buds 500 EXC-F. Get rid of that thing
Hi Morgan I have found that the Austrian bikes run much higher radiator pressure caps .I run a aftermarket cap that is a little higher than stock on my Husabergs. I cannot remember the brand. But it will not let the bike puck out all the coolant. All so the springs lose there strength over time. This will let out coolant to early. Then you are low on coolant and it really boils over!!! It might be wise to have a few high pressure caps for the Austria 🇦🇹 bikes around. Because they can wear out.

Owners really do not seem to think any maintenance is needed on bikes, UGH.

What's the name of the Crested Butte bike shop you mentioned?
