The Aurora visible from skull island wouldn't be the Aurora Borealis. As the island is 'somewhere near indonesia' which is in the southern hemisphere it would either be the Aurora Australis or a local magnetic storm (more likely as the island is way too close to the equator for it to be a visible polar aurora)

Packard saw hand print on the cliffthought that was Kong. Some theorised, Skar King found the remain Kong’s exile at Skull Island and lead the army of Skull Crawlers and kill them all. Once he thought he won, he marked the cliff as a sign of victory.

I love Kong Skull island it’s one of my favorite movies but I will say the biggest negative personally for me is that they killed of Bill Randa I always felt like his character should’ve lived.

The movie is definitely the best of the Monsterverse by far. Sad considering there's hardly any continuity from this in the rest of the franchise. This franchise is really a mess it's so whacky with its inconsistencies.
