23. CBI is indicating gangrape for RG Kar Medical College doctor. Each DNA sample from victims nails, body, fluid or surroundings can be analyzed to identify unique pattern, but u need experts to interpret. CBI should demand for a forensic expert who can interpret complex DNA mixtures

38. সেই মেডিকেল কলেজের একজন মেয়ে ডাক্তার মৌমিতা দেবনাথ। টানা ৩৬ ঘন্টা নাইট ডিউটি দেওয়ার পর সেমিনার রুমে রেস্ট নেয়ার সময় কিছু পশুর দ্বারা নির্মমভাবে রেইপড হয়েছেন।কতবার হিসেবে নেই।শুধু জীবিত অবস্থায় নয়,মৃত্যুর পরও অসংখ্যবার। এই ঘটনার বর্ণনা পড়তে গিয়ে আমার গা গুলিয়ে ওঠেছে।

    ত্রিশ সেকেন্ডের বেশি তার গলা সর্বশক্তিতে চেপে ধরে রাখা হয়েছে যতোক্ষণ পর্যন্ত তার চোখ দিয়ে রক্ত আসতে থাকে,যতক্ষণ পর্যন্ত না, মুখ দিয়ে অনবরত রক্ত না আসতে থাকে। চেপে ধরে রাখার জন্য কোনো শব্দ করতে পারে নি সে,অসীম যন্ত্রনা সহ্য করেছে সে।

    তার সারা শরীরে ১১৩ টি কামড়ের দাগ!১১৩ টি ইনজুরি করতে ঠিক কি পরিমাণ অত্যাচার করতে হয় আমি জানি না।তার শরীর থেকে প্রায় ১৫০ গ্রাম রক্ত ও সিমেন মিশ্রিত ফ্লুইড পাওয়া গেছে। যার এক তৃতীয়াংশ মেয়েটির নিজের রক্ত হলেও অবশিষ্ট এমাউন্ড থেকে স্পষ্ট মেয়েটিকে অন্তত দশ থেকে পনেরো বার রেইপ করা হয়েছে।

    এতোটাই তার পায়ে ফোর্সফুলি করা হয়েছে যে তার কোমড়ের অস্থি – হিপ বোন ফ্রেকচার হয়ে গেছে, গলার উপরের হায়অয়েড বোন ফ্রেকচার হয়ে গেছে।কতবার তা ডাক্তাররা পরীক্ষার পরও নিশ্চিত হয়ে এখনো বলতে পারেন নি।

    অন্তত দশ থেকে পনেরো বার?এই ইনসিডেন্ট কয়বার তার জীবন দশায় হয়েছে, কয়বার তার মারা যাবার পর সেটাও বলা যায় নি।কতোটা পশু হলে মৃত্যুর পরও অনবরত রেইপ করা যায় আমি ভাবতে পারি না। মেয়েটার অপরাধ কি ছিলো? মেয়েটি একটা হাসপাতালে রোগীদের চিকিৎসা দিতে নাইট ডিউটি দিচ্ছিলো।যেখানে একটা ডাক্তার নিরাপদ না, সেই হসপিটালের রোগীরাও কি আদৌ নিরাপদ?

    সেই কলেজের প্রিন্সিপাল ডা. সন্দ্বীপ ঘোষ এর থ্রোতে এই ঘটনাটি ঘটবার পর বাসায় জানানো হয়েছে, 'আপনার মেয়ে আত্মহত্যা করেছে।' ডা. সন্দ্বীপ ঘোষ একজন ডাক্তার হয়ে দেখেই বোঝার কথা কোনটা আত্মহত্যা আর কোনটা রেইপ!গায়ে শ খানেক ইনজুরি,কোনো কাপড় নেই, এভাবে মানুষ আত্মহত্যা করে?কার প্রশ্রয়ে উনি মিথ্যা স্টেটমেন্ট দিয়েছেন পরিষ্কার নয়।কেউ তো আছেই।

    সবচেয়ে অদ্ভুত ব্যাপার সেই ঘটনার তিনদিন হয়ে যাবার পরও পুলিশ নাকি বুঝতে পারছে না এটা একজনের কাজ নাকি একাধিক জনের কাজ! উচ্চমহলের হাত ছাড়া একজন পুলিশ এই কথা কিভাবে বলেন? এই ঘটনার প্রতিবাদে ভারতে গতকাল চলেছে,'মেয়েরা রাত দখল করো!' আন্দোলন, সমাবেশ। যে যে জায়গা থেকে প্রতিবাদ করেছে একত্রে জড়ো হয়ে।একই কমিউনিটির মানুষ হিসেবে এর প্রতিবাদ করছি ও একাত্মতা প্রকাশ করছি।
