Writer and Broadcaster Esther Krakue says King Charles has had to change his “walkabout” term to “an opportunity to meet the public” over Indigenous sensitivity concerns.
“The King is going to conduct a walkabout which is no longer called a walkabout it is called an opportunity to meet the public,” Ms Krakue said.
“The name has had to be changed from walkabout to meeting the public because apparently it is offensive to some Indigenous groups.”
