  1. He lie again, the US government never built any rocket….they always gave the contracts to private company!
NASA never built any rocket an NASA only do what the Congress ask them what to do.
He lie even more because NASA already landed to MARS many time since 1976.
And I doubt that SpaceX will land on Mars before 2030.

  2. Lol no you don't understand, it the taxpayers money so i don't care, we wont lobby as hard to take care of our vets, we certainly don't care if it falls into the wrong hands. matter of fact we will leave it behind if we leave a country we basically occupied and i need to control this….. that's what i got out of what that general said.

not understanding that it can be cheaper for the citizens he took an oath to protect is just a disgrace.

  3. C'mon man, they print the money, why would the govt really care about cost. If they ever stopped putting more money into circulation, for whatever reason, the dollar is done.

  4. The government officials don’t care aka Generals. A lot of them go and join these companies when they retire and get payed lots of money because they gave contracts to these companies. Why you think they want them to cost billions and not trynna save money? Cause now the competitors have to lower their price and the generals want to make more money when they become civilians working for these companies.

  6. Burt Rutan ran into that same problem when trying to get military contracts with a plane. They told him his plane was great, but they wanted it to cost millions more so they passed on it.
