On Christmas Day, 2022, Maurice released his third album under the title, The Chronicles of Cinema: Book I – War Symphony. The primary theme of Chronicles are based around several characters and universes within pop culture. These tracks include, but are not limited to, transcendent rhymes about franchises such as Call of Duty, The Dark Knight Trilogy, The Lion King and an infamous rap battle between Daredevil and The Punisher from Marvel Comics. This marks another transitional period in Maurice music. Proving to all that listen and enjoy that even the biggest nerds can still be some of the dopest emcees. Projects like these are made to encourage and empower people to be themselves. Providing a tribe, a home, to those who haven’t been properly accepted.
