  1. It’s a plan out thing so people can stop using the post office and start using UPS or FedEx. These companies are run by people that are connected. They eliminating the Competition

  2. There’s absolutely no accountability with these people! I live WAY outside the Houston area and we are experiencing delays because our mail has to be routed through these facilities as well. This is ridiculous on so many levels.

  3. Thanks to KHOU11 for reporting on this. I mailed two packages last week on Jan 16th and they haven't even been scanned into the system yet at USPS! It's also affecting the North Houston USPS Postal Hub. Thanks to Rep Al Green also for helping people. How in the world can this happen in United States?!

  4. So is anyone else super alarmed about the fact that a person, not affiliated with USPS or the government, was able to get inside the North Houston facility and take pictures like it wasn’t supposed to be a secure government facility, or is it just me?

  5. Well, lets just say accountability seems just right…..from building manager to upper supervisors to floor supervisors never take there jobs seriously….they just pass on the blames to those rare hard workers while turning rhe blind eye to the unwilling and la@y able body

  6. The Houston area is collapsing in every aspect. Potholes all over, homeless all over, out of control crime, and now communication and postal system failing! Where's the Mayor? Where is the Postal Inspector? Thank you Rep Al Green for at least investigating some of these issues.

I had $120 package stolen by a mail carrier who lied and said they delivered it on a Sunday when i was at home .I have security cam proof they never brought it to my door and yet when i reported it USPS basically just said tough luck .It came all the way from China only to be stolen by the people who were supposed to deliver it .

  8. The oversight should have happened a long time ago. USPS is doing what they wish and will suffer no penalty. For myself at least, It ran fine before they implemented these changes. All they're doing now is compounding the issue.
