Dropping the speed limit perpetually, it’s not going to make the city safer. People will only get more frustrated that they have to drive even slower, and thus exasperating the amount of road rage leading to more death and more violence, more frustration morning for more cops, etc. which is the whole point of this bullshit to begin with.
I hope it's a good year. Humility Before God Almighty is a good thing.

Or on your dead end Street listen for cars going way too fast and then everyone hit the sidewalk with a brick in their hand raise the brick over your head behind your back and vigorously throw them at the vehicle that is speeding down your street it is a collective effort more people more bricks less cars that must make a lot of sense in the Portland area in comparison to other things that make sense in that area one could say that doesn't make any sense right like everything else
The pickup was a circle k employee that woman did not ID herself or scan her ID when she was buying cigarettes and Budweiser spray paint and a lighter this was a justified mowing down
