About Kevin Krause:
Kevin Krause, a retired U.S. Air Force Academy graduate, embarked on a unique journey with his wife Mikki from mortgage banking careers to sustainable farming. Inspired by the documentary “Food Inc” in 2008, they delved into understanding nutrition, agriculture, and the nation’s health crisis. Transitioning to farming in Hampshire, TN in 2015, Kevin embraced Joel Salatin’s Polyface Farm methods, raising diverse livestock and implementing Korean Natural Farming (KNF) and Soil Food Web practices. As a certified soil consultant under Dr. Elaine Ingham, a KNF practitioner trained by Chris Trump, and a Permaculture Design graduate from Geoff Lawton, Kevin is dedicated to promoting biological approaches for healthier soils, crops, and livestock, reflecting his commitment to a sustainable planet. 1. I am glad to be the first to say Thank You. You sir have been able to take everything I have been learning about and not only taught me new things but you presented it in a way that I would never be able too. I will be saving this video and sharing every chance I get.
