Another reason why someone would pursue a civil suit instead of a criminal charge is that it is much easier to prove guilt in a civil setting than a criminal one. S*xual assault cases are already super hard to prove in court so if you file a civil suit instead you have a better chance making someone atone for their crime against you.

Yeah, good point about Black Friday. A lot of products gotta be overpriced or something. I remember last year I wanted to buy a $1,750 PC that was on Christmas sale for $450 off. I couldnāt at the time.
I kept looking out for it, and I donāt think Best Buy was asking full price for it for more than two days at a time. It would be full price then be either $150 or $250 or even $350 dollars off every week for 5 days. And in April it ended up being $450 off again. I bought it then because I have no self control and I was in better place financially.
But it was kinda crazy. Best Buy never asked full price for it. And itās a pretty decent PC too. I guess it doesnāt worth the asking price at all.
