I love Kazuha
He was my first 5*, and his involvement with stories in the game since his release has been fantastic.
Mark Whitten does a great job voicing him as well.
As for age: Most characters do not have ages stated canonically. Ages we do vaguely know are mostly Gods, Adepti, or other mystical beings…and Fischl. Any other ages are generally guessed from content in their profiles, or whether or not they're allowed to drink alcohol. For example, Bennett seems to be a younger teen, but has voice lines about drinking. However, Razor is most likely between 16 – 18, as the devs never show him having a drink during Mond's literal Wine Festival, despite the plot being about everyone making wine with him.
We do know Kazuha is of legal drinking age. It's a fair guess to say he's between 18 – 22? since he's shown drinking with the Crux crew in multiple official works, also during the lantern rite he and Venti were complaining about not being allowed to drink despite them being old enough, and in one event hanging out at Angel's Share with Xinyan before getting drunk with no one being concerned. (By accident. Thanks Venti.)

Kazuha is one of my favorite characters, and the pain that Raiden caused him really gives me a hard time forgiving her.

They told more about kazuha's lore in 2.6 and 2.8 event, too bad new players can't play it.
