In the mid 90s my cousin her husband and myself took a three hour Jack bell Ranger helicopter tour of Las Vegas the Grand Canyon Hoover Dam and other mountainous and desert areas it was worth every penny and as far as I'm concerned the helicopter is the best air flight machine. I love going on little planes and helicopters but I have to be drunk to get on a big jet I've been on Lear jets no problem but you get me on a commercial airline and I'm freaking out don't know why. This literally blew my mind! I thought my decision for my November trip is coming to and end but seeing this makes me re-think everything. How long do you recommend staying on this island? And I wanna say I'm so sorry for you loss. I can imagine what you feel cuz I also lost my grandpa about 4 months ago and it was tough even though we didn't have a deep relationship
Sorry for your loss Ana. It sounds like your relationship with your grandfather left you with a wealth of wonderful memories. What a blessing. !973 I got out of the military in Hawaii. A friend and I did the Napali coast hike and spent two weeks back there on the most beautiful beach I had ever seen. It was totally nude then and the waterfall at the end of the beach was the shower you took every morning. Good memories.

Kauai is known for its natural beauty and its dramatic, beautiful sites. These include Waimea Canyon, the Coconut Coast and much more. You'll find gorgeous mountains and waterfalls, white sand beaches, sugarcane fields, and beachside cliffs such as those on the Na Pali coast.
