In this video, I share the emotional and distressing story of how my sister has been putting me under immense pressure to give her one of my babies. I talk about the various ways she has tried to manipulate me, guilt-trip me, and even threatened me to get what she wants.
As a mother, I stand firm in my decision not to let my sister adopt one of my babies, and I explain why I believe it’s not in the best interest of my child or my family. This video is a cautionary tale about the lengths some people are willing to go to fulfill their dreams of motherhood, and the importance of setting healthy boundaries, even with family members.

Jesus christ, reddit is so anti religion that someone can't even make a suggestion to their neighbor without them freaking out, Op didn't force anything, she simply asked if that would be something her neighbor would be interested in, all the neighbor had to do was say no and that wouldve been the end of it, I'm sure Op would've been fine with that. Op isn't the jerk…he didn't want to be a dad & his parents agreed to take care of her. Not his problem…
On the helping a daughter find friends, I didn't hear anything saying if this is a city or a small town. In big cities, yes, there's other groups that do things because there's enough people to tax to afford to run programs. But in small towns, guess what? There's the church and, occasionally the library. However, either way, the Religion Hate Boner is strong with Reddit.

Story 3: Not the jerk. OP had a right to learn about her past. Now she may have another family to turn to, have great relationships with, and drop all contact with her mom. I strongly recommend OP go NC with her mom.

For the guy who didn't want to have kids as long as terminating pregnancies is ok men not being there for kids is a ok as well.
I have a staff and my neighbors no his a rescue and isn't good with other dogs. I now don't ask them to lead the dogs I just take mine for a walk if their dog gets bitten it's on them even UK police agreed with the above. My dog is friendly with hoomans hehe.

People ARE getting too sensitive about wedding stuff, about other things too but OP did nothing wrong in that story, they waited before announcing it and they did it in private.
I watched a YouTube video of a ballerina battering her shoes and she was a professional so I'll take her word for it!
“You moved away too w/o asking permission I’m sure.” …they got divorced and he got the house. And not to mention 30 minutes away is a lot different than 3+ hours away. Also all she did was ask if they wanted to move and they said no.
Also the “there’s home schooling programs out there.” You have to pay an application fee, be accepted into it, and then pay whatever subsequent fees and stuff after being enrolled to get full access to the materials. They’re not good programs and 9/10 of them are just money grabs.
Op is NTA for wanting the children to be less than a days drive away and to remain in the same school district they’ve been in for their whole life. The question should be ask on why the ex is so dead set on isolating their kids from their friends and half their family.
The one of the natural make up, only with that i know she doesnt use make up. Let me start off by saying that I am not a religious person. I’m pretty sure the last time I was at church was like 20 years ago I’m 30 now and I do not think you are the jerk. She was confining into you about her struggles with her daughter and her being not socially active and you gave her a suggestion. You did not push anything on her it was merely a suggestion she could’ve just turned you down nicely didn’t have to blow up on you and make it seem like you were trying to induct her into a religious cult. Hes not a jerk he told the mother of the child he did not want to be a father ever. He payed child support. He told his parents that he didn't want anything to do with the child. He is living with his parents to help them financially. He should move out and cut financial support to his parents, and pay his parents child support , instead of childs mother. Id be looking into why she can't look after the child .What is her illness.

Proposal story: I was also preparing to say YTA, but the fact OP and fiance did it privately and discreetly with no one else around and waited to post, not the jerk. However, I can see how someone could be upset by that. Perhaps it would have been best to wait till after the wedding trip was over.
