Story 2: The entitled always think they contribute more than they actually do. It's one of the many reasons they think they can get away with their abuses. They can yell into the void of their phones all they want, but it won't change their situation since they actually got what they wanted: OP out of the house. It's not up to OP to follow when they wanted her out, especially when the landlady agrees to give her the privilege of leaving without having to pay fees.
3rd story. The op should take Karen to court for punitive damages for throwing hot coffee on her. Hit her in the wallet.
