My brother used to promise his daughter all kinds of crap that are never said I would do. And then he would get at me about not following through. People need to stop promising something that has never been said
I dont see the person who threw away the cookie as a jerk, but i think thats because I get it. I suffer from binge eating and honesty try not to keep to many sweets in the house because i will devour them all.
I have never heard of anyone putting maple syrup in chili, chili is supposed to taste hot with actual chili powder and onions and such in it, your wife is not making chili, I don’t know what it is but if you and she both like it, ok, but I think you should warn people that it is’t traditional chili, maybe he really got sick from it, I ate at an expensive restaurant once and the olives they served made me gag and I wasn’t able to finish my meal, for weeks after I felt like I could taste those nasty olives, I didn’t stop eating there but I did ask them no olives please, I know that in certain parts of the world these olives are a delicacy but not for me. He maybe could have handled it better by just excusing himself and told you he needed to leave but I think that would have upset you too.
I went to a lovely wedding several years ago and was shocked to see the groom’ ‘s young daughter there alone running up and down the stairs, I tried to find something to distract her but then decided that both the bride and groom knew what a brat she was and left her alone, during the ceremony she ran all around playing “ airplane” complete with the humming noise that goes along with it, she also ran up and down the floors between the pews stepping on feet, pushing into the groom’s Mother who sat in the edge of the aisle in her wheelchair, she had ALS and had no other option, I could see how uncomfortable some of the guests were getting including the poor Mother flinching every time the girl came near, all during this, the bride and groom stayed at the altar totally oblivious to what was happening, see, if they had had a childless wedding and found a sitter, the guests would have been able to follow along with the vows and ceremony that included his
Mom. I was embarrassed for them and felt bad that the child was so bored that she had to make her own fun.
I was told once by law enforcement officers that the only way you could prove ownership of a pet is to have it chipped. Chip your cat.

I would never use my hand as T.P. I usually take a shower once a week. I don’t sweat much because I’m not going to pay a huge water and power bill.
I would have told her that night you had arrived . I would tell her that now I am going to re think this idea. You picked your friends over me. I bet she would do that more often after the marriage. As that a divorce will make you split everything up and possibly you having to pay alimony and or child support.

Last story had an update edit (it's a year old) ex downloaded tracker apps when they dated to see if OP ever cheated on him. Emma did and they never took it off so Emma had tones of nudes OP sent Ex. OP saw them when she checked her comp which was logged into Emma's account in it's own folder, screenshot it, deleted it, and emptied the trash. OP is now moving amd buying all new tech

The wedding story, lol. I have been to only 3 child free weddings. Each ended in divorce. Of the 5, anyone can come weddings I have attended, only one ended in divorce. People get so stuck up in their "perfect day" that they forget the family and friends that supported them in their relationship. If you shun people because they don't fit your perfection, you'll eventually be alone. Hate me for my comments or don't. In the end, it doesn't even matter.
My husband is 5 foot 9 and I'm 5 foot 8. Eyes are the thing I go for, deep blue!
