Kamen Rider Gavv (仮面ライダーガヴ, Kamen Raidā Gavu) is a Japanese tokusatsu drama in Toei Company’s Kamen Rider Series. It is the sixth series to debut in the Reiwa Era and the thirty-ninth overall. The series premiered on September 1, 2024, joining Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger in the Super Hero lineup after the finale of Kamen Rider Gotchard.
The series’ catchphrase is “Snacks and Evil, I’ll eat them up!!!!” (お菓子も悪も、俺が食べつくす!!!!, Okashi mo aku mo, Ore ga tabe tsukusu!!!!).
The looming threat of monsters. Granutes, monsters from another world. Humans have no idea they are secretly coming to their world. Humans have no idea their kind are being hunted.

Gochizo are miniature monsters born from Shoma’s Gavv when he eats the corresponding snack. A single type of Gochizo can come in different flavors. Gochizo are unable to talk, but can understand human language, and communicate by screams, basic phrases, simple signs or with enough of them, use mass choreography to form symbols. They use this to instruct Shoma how to properly use them, forming a diagram of the Gavv belt “eating”. The Gochizo die after they are used in the Henshin Belt Gavv and fly off as souls with wings and halo in a cartoonish manner.

Shoma:
Shoma (ショウマ, Shōma), also known as Shoma Inoue (井上 生真, Inoue Shōma)[1] is the main protagonist of Kamen Rider Gavv. Born Shoma Stomach (ショウマ・ストマック, Shōma Sutomakku), Shoma is as an exiled member of the Stomach Family, as he is a Granute-Human hybrid. He later transforms into Kamen Rider Gavv (仮面ライダーガヴ, Kamen Raidā Gavu).
Hanto Karakida:
Hanto Karakida (辛木田 絆斗, Karakida Hanto) is a freelance writer who transforms into Kamen Rider Valen (仮面ライダーヴァレン, Kamen Raidā Varen). Hanto Karakida was born to his mother Sae Karakida. As a child, he played with his mother until she was killed by a wolf-like Granute. This event tramatized him to the point where he ultimately took up journalism in order to search for the monster that killed his mother 18 years ago. As an adult, Hanto began working as a freelance writer, having been searching for the monster for the last 18 years. In his search, he had commissioned the help of Sachika Amane for her handyman services at least three times.
Sachika Amane:
Sachika Amane (甘根 幸果, Amane Sachika) is the president/Gal Prez of General Store Hapipare. Sachika found Shoma collapsed in the bushes behind a park bench a week after his arrival on Earth.
