For those saying they should be used to pickles, Korean pickles and British pickles are not the same.
We use a mix of vinegar, brine, spices and herbs. Most Brits like our pickles to be so strong and sour that it burns off the nose hair.

Wow… Brits and their love of vinegar. 😂 I mean, I'm German, we like our vinegar, too. We even pickle eggs. But it's NO comparison to the British stuff. I dare anyone to order chips in the UK explicitly "with vinegar". I seriously thought it was a prank at first. But it wasn't… And that's coming from a girl who eats her fermented Sauerkraut cold from the barrel!

I like pickled eggs as a summer lunch thing, i take to work with fresh crisp veggies on the side with some hummus or yoghurt. But i make my pickled eggs slightly sweet, like a sweet dill pickle. Super refreshing ❤
