  1. Alhamdollillah.. day 1 beautiful!
So much to reflect. The biggest take away.. just being born a Muslim or calling yourself one will not be good enough to take us to Jannah! May Allah help us become better in our hearts and actions. Ameen.

It will be lovely to have Shaikh Tom again on Quran 30 for 30 Insh may be in the last 10 days. We are definitely excited to follow his new series.
Kudos to our hosts! May Allah bless y’all for all your efforts! ❤

Shaikh Abdullah .. u have a long month with Shaikh Omar! Good luck with that! 😊

  2. Ramadan Mubarak every one. This is my first time joining this Quran series and I loved it. The joke cracked me up, like no kidding. I enjoy these light hearted jokes. As for the reflection one thing that I'm taking away is the analogies in the Quran so for instance here (related to this discussion) the analogy of the flowers blooming after being watered from the skies (comparison made to our heart and the Quran being the water that gives live to the heart) and as result it's not just one type of flower or fruit that blossoms but many kinds of with so much variety. It's like the Quran hits us all with its message but the effect it has on us and the goodness that comes out as a result is so unique and beautiful for every person. Then the rocks, even though they are solid and almost impenetrable yet finally they too give in and break apart after a long time. So it's like even if there are people whose hearts have been hardened they are not a lost cause maybe someday that water will make it's way and soften it too. So there's hope for everyone.
