Say what you want about Luke Getsy but if he had any other opening day starting QB – aside from the rookies – this bears team would have scored 35 points each week, especially against the buccaneers. there are guys running around wide open. the speed the Bears have on O is indeed frightening their opponents. The WR's get 10 yard cushions. Fields just cant get guys the ball.
I still think JF can become an electric QB. he has the work ethic & talent to be great. Lets see where he is at in game 10. by then, he should have made substantial progress.

If they refuse to allow him to run then they may as well just come out and say "hey, we're doing our best to ruin any potential he has and we're drafting a new QB next year"…last year, when he was on the run, he often had his eyes downfield. He was looking for receivers and hell, there were times he found them or made some amazing throw…now, i's almost like they have him overthinking everything, and as a result, he's passing up guys he should be throwing to, and taking sacks. The Bears just seem to refuse to coach to a player's strengths and it won't matter who we have at QB if that is how we're going to operate.

Medium term concern for sure. But there is no long term concern over Fields. He will be replaced by a new first rounder QB next season. Fields is at best a career backup QB.

Yeah he held it too long the 1st half, but what QB got hurt with TWO wrs wide open RIGHT in their face and didnt let it go? Lmfao EVERY QB IN THE LEAGUE MISSES EVERY SINGLE GAME! I watched even Mahomes 2 straight weeks miss the same exact throws over and over and over… So we're too invested in this issue, get a O Line in Chicago for once and see what happens for ANY QB back there 🤷♂️

Wasn’t a dumb play by punt returner. Ball is not dead once bucks touch. But he could pick up n run 10 yards and fumble and still bears bull. It’s a no risk play. Many people don’t know st rules. I’ve been waiting over 30 years to see a free kick on fair catch at end of half or game. It’s gona happen one day

He didn't have to be at the top of the list of the worst QBs of all time he's going to be because we keep playing him. By now he should have been benched already. He should have been traded. Somebody else should have been starting in his place. The reason why he's going to be in the top 10 worst cubies of all time is because the fans wanted him to keep getting played. The coaches thought he was something that he's not. It's a very rare occurrence when you see a QB that is this bad with a 22qb rating every week. And the organization won't bench him because of some stupid political racial quota. Bottom line is with qbs that have started more than 20 games, justin Fields. Is the defacto worst QB of all time!
