I'm not kidding, I just read the first story last week, and imagined right after how sal would explain it to Ethan and ben. I almost perfectly predicted how he talked about metamorpho's funeral! XD
Ummmm excuse me. Brute and Glob are nightmares not demons in the service of Lucifer Morningstar. @ComicPop I'm sorely disappointed in your lack of Canon knowledge. Sal!
Zariel is now an Azrael-like construct in the mind of a Templar woman in the new Sword of Azrael book thats currently ongoing. How fitting that Grant Morrison created him and now he's in Gotham with a flaming sword.
Wow….I'd never in my life find a reason to look at a wizard mag I bought at a time where a BLUE Superman would be cool…thanks. Not sarcasm or satire btw. Thanks. From the great eye of Ian!!!
My main complaint about Grant Morrison’s run on JLA is that they write a battle that included Animech and Mangatron and didn’t have Kyle Raynor involved in that fight.
What is this the season of referencing Die Hard? Rick & Morty does Die Hard, Fantastic 4 is Die Hard themed, and now ComicPop is doing a book that has a Die Hard moment. 🤣🤣🤣
I love Tim's "It's never going to end" as well. Especially because it's also the genesis of one of Morrison's thesis' for their Batman run, "Batman and Robin will never die!", which is both hopeful and sad (and meta) in equal measure in the run.
Them there demons are from an ol' Justice League story in the way back of the 1960s. Brute and Glob are Kirby's Sandman originally. –ye olde comics historian (not that one)
Buy this classic JLA story and more in this volume! https://amzn.to/3BXnhMn
So Ivo can create super realistic fake skin, and still looks like that? That is just his choice I guess.
Funny how Morrison had Superman fight angels again in the new 52 action comics. I wonder what the fixation is. New mythology vs old?
Great video! Please consider doing the Hitman series, lots of opportunity to make Ben cry!

I somehow find Superman pushing the moon back into place with his bare hands to be more believable than the giant magnet moon
I'm still waiting on an X-Force Back-Issues or any episode with Warren Worthington the 3rd Archangel in a major role. WW3 solo's The Avengers!
Superman, you Blue yourself.
Hurricane here in Central Florida, I'm hurriedly downloading episodes for when the power goes out!
10:07 Batman actually DOESN't care about Gotham

Josef Stalin as Batman….I guess that tracks
Barely related comment but, man, Katamari is so good.

Badass
Can you imagine if Armeggedon happened, Your Ameggedon, and the JLA fought it off?!
That Star Treks Scotty James Dooghan impression tickled my ass pink!
More Morrison!

The messed up thing about the angel is the hair it’s straight up hawkmans mask as a hair style
So, if the demon were to spin the moon on his finger… would it have the same effect as Superman making the Earth spin?! 8D
