What a joke. In Taiwan you must vote in person on election day or you don't get to vote at all. Paper ballot, no machines. All citizen is allowed to observe the counting up close and in person.

Easiest way to track mail-in ballots, don't have them. I don't think they believe in same day voting. And if you do absentee ballot you must have a doctor's excuse and it must be notarized. Same as all military ballots should be notarized.
